2.05.5 -  Past Chair

This position will be for an individual who has been the Board Chair and   remains on the Board.

​

General Duties:

​

• Meetings: This person may serve as a Board meeting Chair, in the absence of both the Board Chair and Vice Chair.

• Advisory: Provide support to the Board Chair on matters relating to the Board Chair’s role.

• Provide whatever other support the Board or Board Chair may require while serving in this capacity.
